WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
As a result of the nature of our business, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened. Don't open the soap if you received the wrong order. Please email us right away. Once the product is opened, we cannot accept it for return or refund. It is understandable that we can't accept returns for soap products because they used for personal hygiene purposes.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Not at the moment, but we can help in personalizing gifts for your loved ones.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
There is cash on delivery too. Plus if you live in Canada you can e-transfer us the money.
